We offer a range of services to provide our clients with the most specific form of training to get results but also have fun.

Our most popular training is by far our One On One Personal Training. Our team of 6 Personal Trainers provides you with expert advice and training in the areas of health and fitness, lifestyle and nutrition. And at No Regrets we use a comprehensive assessment and testing procedure along with the latest scientific training methods to ensure we design a specific program to help you achieve your goals. We closely follow the CHEK method and adopt Functional Strength Training techniques to ensure you move well for daily life requirements, whether they are occupational, sports or just wanting to feel good. By having your own Personal Trainer you are fast tracked towards your goals, comfortable in the knowledge that you're taken care of by a qualified professional. You are kept motivated and accountable to help you stay on track to achieve your goals in a fun and enjoyable environment.
Our Personal Training Packages are available as individual one on one training for either 30 minute or 60 minute sessions.
Our one on one program embraces the C.H.E.K approach focusing on treating the cause not the symptom and looking at the body as a whole, whilst teaching people to use/move their bodies correctly. The program is about improving the body's efficiency at performing primal movement patterns such as push, pull, twist, lunge, squat and bend. All of which improve the clientâ€TMs function in both work or sports environment. Swiss balls, BOSU's, balance boards, medicine balls, cable machines, dumbbells and barbells are just some of the tools used in conjunction with specific exercise to improve function. Deficiencies in any of the primal movements increase the chance of injury and undeveloped motor skills.
We also provide our clients with an Online Training library packed full of videos and printed pictures so that they can complete a program with the confidence to do it exactly as we showed them.
In addition to our training side we also provide clients with specialised Nutrition Coaching with our own Qualified Nutrition Coach. Melissa Jack is a qualified Metabolic Typing advisor and Level 1 Metabolic Precision coach along with being a Level 2 CHEK Holistic Lifesytyle coach. First you are assigned an online questionnaire to complete that enables Melissa to find out specifics to your body with regards to what ratio of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats you require for optimal energy, health and metabolic breakdown of food. This is Metabolic Typing.
Then by applying Holistic Lifestyle Coaching methods we begin looking at the whole picture as opposed to looking at things in isolation.
As a Holistic Lifestyle Coach we can look with increasing detail at the underlying causes of disease and stress, considering the body as a â€oesystem of systems”. Using an advanced coaching model, we teach our clients how disease and stress are preventable through healthy eating habits, lifestyle management and appropriate types of exercise. After completing the program you will understand why every meal, every bout of exercise and every late night has a hormonal consequence. We use tools, such as in-depth questionnaires, to assess and determine your body's readiness for change.
During these consultations you will be taught the fundamentals of Metabolic Precision, which is enhancing your nutrition program through precise timing of eating foods.

We specialize in trying to help clients achieve Health, not just fitness. We look at the body as a system of systems meaning that you must have a plan to work on Nutrition, Sleep, reduce stress, improve strength flexibility, balance and movement skills. Many people go to the gym to get fit but either neglect trying to achieve health or are unaware that their plan will not work. We provide specialized assessments, tests to find out where your starting point is so we can design a plan to improve these areas. Our exercise technique is heavily focused on Functional Strength training to improve movements for life. We use this method with the "average Joe" as well as the Elite athletes that train with us. Just adding muscle to look good does not automatically mean healthy. You must have a healthy mind with muscles that move your body in a way that is free of limitations or pain. Our goal with our clients is to help them achieve the impossible and excel at whatever their goal may be.
