Well, working with your own Personal Trainer, in your own private space will alleviate all of these problems. 30 minute Personal Training is exactly that – 30 minutes of effective, time efficient, engaging and encouraging Personal Training sessions designed toward you achieving your specific results. There is no magic secret to improving ones health and fitness (although there are plenty of people trying to sell them) other than regular exercise and eating a balanced diet of whole foods. I think we are all aware that moving more and eating the right foods make us all feel and look better but finding the way to do this is another story. That’s were we can help, our sessions are designed around five basic components Addressing Your Nutrition - the foundation of all health and fitness Cardiovascular Exercise - optimise fat burning Strength Training - increase lean muscle mass and metabolism Flexibility - to prevent injury and promote recovery Coaching - educating you, supporting you, and making you accountable We will help you effectively utilise your time, keep you motivated and monitor your progress, making changes to your program as required. To get the best results and achieve your goals you will need to do 2 x 30 minute sessions of exercise per week, combined with a balanced diet of whole foods. The 30 minute Personal Training packages are designed to suit everyone, we are happy to train you for both of these sessions, you can check in with us once or twice a week and we will set you work outs to do at home in your lounge room, in the local park or using exercise equipment you may already have, whatever will suit your situation best. The 30 minute Personal Training is so affordable you can also combine it with an existing gym membership and we will make sure you are getting the most out of your time at those facilities, setting you effective and efficient workouts to do there. The central element to anything you want to achieve in your live is your health and well being. Being fit and healthy positively affects everything within it, your mood, your relationships with friends, family and yourself, your financial success, your sex life - everything. We often get focused on all the ‘material things’ we think we need to bring us happiness, so we work longer and harder hours and begin to focus on how busy we are, instead of making sure we take the time to take care of ourselves. Exercising, preparing and cooking healthier meals gets put in the too hard basket, when all the while this can often be the very limiting factor that is preventing us from achieving all that we desire.
